Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing our services! We strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. Kindly review the following guidelines concerning returns, refunds, and exchanges:

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +923223333294. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions regarding the return process. Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within a period of 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a new, unused condition.
  • Returns that fail to meet these requirements will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for covering any additional postage fees incurred in returning the item.
  • We kindly request that customers refrain from using or working out in sleeves, belts, or any other Fenrir gear, as such items cannot be returned once used.
  • Please be aware that sizing is approximate and often a subjective preference. As such, once an item has been used, it cannot be returned.
  • Items labeled as closeout/sale items are considered final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued solely in the event of a faulty product or technical issue.
  • Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges:

  • Prior to returning your original item, we recommend verifying the availability of your desired exchange item on our website.
  • Upon receipt of the exchanged item, you will receive a notification confirming the dispatch of the new item.
  • Exchange shipping will be charged of two sides. We will asses if customer needs to ship back the original product in that case only one side of shipping fee will be charged.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow a processing period of 5-7 business days from the date we receive your returned product for refunds to be processed or exchanges to be dispatched.

Return Guidelines:

  • Any returns received after the 10-day limit or failing to adhere to the specified return guidelines will be shipped back to the customer at their expense, with no credit issued.
